This Guide was designed to help school staff and teachers promote mental fitness and resilience in schools.

The objective is to produce a paradigm shift, from an intervention and prevention model, to a development and promotion approach. The document presents simple definitions and example of what is mental fitness and resilience, what’s the C.A.R. approach and what it all means in relationship with overall wellness. It aslo unveils inspiring and practical ideas to integrate the concepts of mental fitness and resilience in the classroom.
