The Multicultural Association of Fredericton would like to invite you to participate in our Health & Wellness Fair on Thursday, October 3rd 2019 from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm at the Multicultural Association of Fredericton Building, the Wellness Centre at 28 Saunders Street.
Health practitioners and wellness professionals will provide information, hands on experiences on various topics, including:
• Nutrition
• Naturopathy
• Recreational opportunities
• Disease management (Diabetes, High blood pressure)
• Yoga & Mindfulness
• Financial programs and supports
• Mental Health and Addictions programs & services
