pARTicipate Community Yoga


This is a Gentle Yoga class for adults; no previous experience necessary. You are advised to wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and avoid eating a big meal two hours before class.Please note: spaces are limited so first come first served. Please arrive a few minutes early.
Materials: Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own; please bring your own blanket.
Brigitte Rivers is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and an Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga. She teaches Yoga to people of all ages and abilities up and down the Saint John River Valley.
