We are now accepting registrations for our next Prenatal Program beginning May 21st. Topics covered include; pregnancy discomforts and cautions, nutrition, when to call the doctor, comfort measures, labour & delivery, medical interventions, breastfeeding, car seat safety, newborn baby care, mental health / postnatal care, and more.Meeting once a week for 7 weeks, you will learn through a combination of presentations from local partners, group discussions, videos, fun games and activities, snacks are offered and there are special prizes for parents to be.
