The Centreville Early Childhood Development Centre was established in 2009 by a group of active parents and community members who had the goal of making programming available for children 0-5 years of age. Additionally, access to resources and information for families was a priority. The centre, affectionately known as the Cougar Kittens’ Centre, is located in the Centreville Community School in Centreville, NB.
Currently, programming is offered throughout the school year in partnership with community members and organizations. In addition, a partnership with Centreville Child Care, the local childcare centre, has been created to offer a preschool program in the school to help children prepare for their transition to Kindergarten.
