Family Services Nepisiguit offers preventive programs and services accessible to all citizens of the Chaleur Region: individuals, seniors, couples, parents and children. These services aim to encourage self-determination as an approach to address family related concerns as well as encourage the creation and maintenance of healthy, positive family connections. Their services include:

- Wellness sessions custom-made to help participants manage work, family and personal life responsibilities
- Research and community consultations that identify and address unmet needs
